Development of a new or review of the current Risk Assessment based on the ICO's risk management framework or aligned to the EU AI Act's Risk Model - useful for companies with EU trade.
Recommended Next Steps
View of mitigation and controls which should be considered so that the use of AI within the business lies outside of the high risk areas and, as a result, no reporting of findings to the ICO is necessary.
DPIA: Review or Preview
If a DPIA (or AIIA - AI Impact Assessment) has been conducted, a review of the documentation to check for currency and to provide feedback on risk managment, or a view of what the DPIA should contain.
Report on Findings
Overview of findings, highlighting any High Risks which need to be mitigated as well as medium and low risks whhich need to be documented. For a small fee, these findings can be written as a formal report.
AI and GDPR Guidance
Optional follow-up engagement, taking a look at other applications and use of personal data within the business, a Gap Analysis conducted to highlight Risk and GDPR non-compliance.
