Scoping of Engagements
All Red Kite AI projects and client engagements are scoped and agreed prior to a priced proposal being presented. Even when standard, published pricing applies, Red Kite AI works with clients to understand operations, challenges and expectations so that an accurate, highly relevant and mutually agreed Statement of Work can be produced.
The Statement of Work forms part of the on-going relationship between the parties and is the bedrock for Red Kites AI's Engagement Guaranty.
