Pricing & Guarantee
All projects and engagements are fully scoped before costs are proposed.

Modern Architecture

GDPR Services

GDPR Projects - such as policy / notice writing, training, DPIAs, LIAs, DSAR support and RoPA maintenence - are charged at the rate of £115 per hour.

DPO-as-a-Service is charged from £375 per half day per month.

AI Support

AI Training, AI Impact Assessments (AIIAs), ISO 42001 work and General AI Support is charged at the rate of
£135 per hour.

AI Officer-as-a-Service
is charged from
£465 per half day per month.

Video Redaction

Video Redaction is charged at  the rate of £75.00 per 10 minutes or £365 per hour of video content subject to project scoping and based on a 5 working day turnaround. Engagements are invoiced on receipt of the content to be redacted.

Engagement Guarantee

Red Kite AI is confident it can meet its clients needs, however, should any scoped and documented engagement or element of an engagement not be delivered as agreed in the relevant Statement of Works, Red Kite AI will amend the project's invoice or invoices accordingly, in line with Red Kite AI's Terms and Conditions.

How the Engagement Guarantee works

  • Once a proposal for an Engagement is authorised by the Client, Red Kite AI will arrange a kick-off call to revisit the scope.

  • From the kick-off call, Red Kite AI will produce a Statement of Work (SoW) to be agreed and signed by both parties.

  • Any changes to the SoW must be agreed and authorised by both parties and, if necessary, new costs and a new proposal may be produced for signing.

  • Once the Engagement is complete, the SoW will be reviewed for Engagement closure.

  • Any outstanding items at this stage are to be discussed and appropriately remediated, by completing the work or by making an adjustment to the Engagement's invoice.
