DPIAs & AIIAs

The UK/EU GDPRs and the ICO mandate that Risk to Individual's Rights and Freedoms are considered whenever a new technology that collects, stores, uses Personal Data is considered or implemented.
The ICO state that a comprehensive DPIA must be conducted if this new technology is or includes AI.

The EU AI Act is a comprehensive regulation that establishes a unified framework for AI across the EU.
The Act mandates an AI Impact Assessment is conducted to assess the Risk of harm likely to impact individuals.
The "Brussels Effect" will make AIIAs a worldwide,
gold standard
for AI Implementations.

To ease the burden on businesses and organisations planning to use AI or already using AI, Red Kite AI's combined DP / AIIA Process means the Data Protection Impact Assessment and the Artificial Intelligence Impact Assessment are completed in one project, saving cost and creating just one impact assessment to manage.

DP / AIIA

As per the EU's Working Party on Data Protection recommends,
Red Kite AI's DP / AIIA
